1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, applying to our beta program, or otherwise using our products and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@support.com of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
3. Beta Program
Access to the beta is provided at our discretion and may be limited, modified, suspended, or revoked at any time. Beta features are provided "as is", may contain bugs or incomplete functionality, and are not guaranteed to be released as generally available. You agree to provide reasonable feedback and acknowledge that performance, availability, and data are not guaranteed during the beta period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure; (d) introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access; (e) scrape, crawl, or harvest content other than through approved interfaces; or (f) resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, content, logos, designs, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
6. User Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process User Content solely to operate and improve the Services. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
7. Fees and Subscriptions
Certain Services may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, exclusive of applicable taxes, and subject to change with reasonable notice. Beta access may be offered free of charge but may transition to a paid model at general availability.
8. Confidentiality
Information you receive about the beta — including non-public features, roadmaps, performance, and documentation — is confidential. You agree not to disclose it to third parties or publish screenshots, benchmarks, or reviews without our prior written consent until the relevant features are publicly released.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law, Changes & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
